Open the RingPredict login screen and tap 'Forgot Password?' right below the login button. Enter your email, and a secure reset link will hit your inbox instantly. Check your Spam/Junk folder if it doesn't arrive within 60 seconds.

Question 2

The app is frozen / the leaderboard isn't updating!

Accepted Answer

Force-close the app, toggle Flight Mode ON for 5 seconds then OFF, and reopen RingPredict. Your data will refresh completely clean.

Question 3

I scanned the QR code at the venue but nothing is opening!

Skip the camera and type ringpredict.com straight into your phone's internet browser. This will take you directly to the mobile launch portal.

Question 4

Why can't I predict the fight? The button is greyed out!

Accepted Answer

To protect the integrity of the leaderboard, all predictions for a bout lock the exact second the opening bell rings. Once a fight is locked, it cannot be changed. The next fight on the card is still wide open — tap 'All Fights' and lock your picks in for the rest of the night.
