RingPredict — Official Contest Rules

Entry to every RingPredict contest is completely free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and no purchase will improve your chances of winning. XP and any other paid item have no effect whatsoever on leaderboard standings, prize positions, tie-breaks or the frozen end-of-night standings. Leaderboard Gold Coins can only be earned in-game — through correct predictions, rewarded video adverts and feedback.

Contests are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who hold a single, genuine RingPredict account. Employees of RingPredict, participating promoters, sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible for prizes. One account per person: multiple accounts, automated entry or any attempt to manipulate scoring results in disqualification and account closure.

Ticket-gating and access restrictions

Access to specific event-related features, leaderboard entry, and prize eligibility is strictly contingent upon valid ticket verification. Users must possess a legitimate, paid, or authorized live event ticket or Pay-Per-View (PPV) pass for the corresponding fight night.

The Company utilizes electronic verification protocols to audit ticket validation. Any attempt to bypass, spoof, or manipulate ticket verification parameters using falsified order numbers, shared codes, or duplicate credentials will result in immediate disqualification from the prize pool and permanent termination of the user account without a refund of any premium virtual assets.

On-site ticket validation timelines

Users who purchase physical entry tickets, cash passes, or door admissions directly at the venue box office are solely responsible for seeking out an authorized Platform representative or gate agent to manually activate their digital application profile.

The Company assumes zero liability for delayed activations, long box-office queues, or staff availability constraints that prevent a user from submitting prediction entries before the formal lock times of individual bout cards. No retroactive prediction submissions or point adjustments will be accommodated for delayed on-site manual door activations.

Create a free account, verify your live arena ticket or PPV digital pass for the fight card you are attending, and predict the winner, method of victory and round for the bouts on that card. Your entry is your prediction set for that card — nothing else is required.

Eligible users may enter the “Lucky Dip” prize pool by completing three (3) designated gameplay tasks during a Fight Night Event: (1) posting a comment in the live chat, (2) reacting to a comment with an emoji, and (3) submitting a free prediction entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to access these features or to enter the drawing. Purchasing Stock Gold Coins or cosmetic goods does not increase, alter, or improve an individual’s probability of selection. Winners are chosen via a verifiably random electronic drawing algorithm.

Winners chosen via the Lucky Dip are subject to the same mandatory 10-minute live in-app claim window upon selection, or the prize is forfeited — see section 9 below.

Qualifying comments must be legitimate, human-generated discussion relevant to the event. Spam, random characters, offensive material, bot-generated text or automated entry disqualifies the entry and may result in account termination, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Variable prize pool eligibility

The Company reserves the right to restrict specific manual drawings within the Lucky Dip pool to targeted attendee classes based on the nature of the prize. Localized, in-venue prizes (such as alcoholic beverages or site merchandise) will only be drawn from users verified as “Onsite Attendees.” Remote viewers are automatically excluded from localized drawings but retain full, equal eligibility for all digital voucher and premium virtual currency draws.

Predictions for a bout may be entered or edited only while that bout is marked as upcoming. Once a bout begins, predictions for that bout lock and cannot be changed. Locking is enforced on our servers; the server clock is final. Fight times shown in the app are approximations and are subject to change.

Scoring is measured in Gold Coins, the earned currency. Gold Coins are won only by playing and are the sole basis for leaderboard position and prizes. XP is a separate, purchase-only token for progression and cosmetics: it is never earned, never converted into Gold Coins, and never counts towards scoring, the leaderboard, tie-breaks or prizes.

• 100 Gold Coins — correct winner
• 50 Gold Coins — correct method of victory (with correct winner)
• 50 Gold Coins — correct round (with correct winner)
• 1.5x perfect-call bonus — winner, method and round all correct pays 300 Gold Coins in total (200 x 1.5 = 300)
• 1.2x bonus — correct winner plus a correct Decision (which has no round to predict) pays 180 Gold Coins in total (150 x 1.2 = 180)
• 75 Gold Coins — correctly calling a draw. A draw pays a flat 75 Gold Coins only, does not stack with method or round Gold Coins and receives no multiplier
• 25 bonus Gold Coins — watching a rewarded video advert, available twice per fight night with a one hour cooldown between views

Rounding. Any multiplier applied to a score — a perfect-call bonus, a Decision bonus or an active score boost — is always rounded down to the nearest whole Gold Coin. Fractional Gold Coins are never awarded and a score is never rounded up.

Prizes are awarded on the basis of skill: your final Gold Coins total on that card’s leaderboard once every bout has an officially verified result. Standings are frozen at the conclusion of the final bout of the night, and the top three positions receive the prizes displayed in the app for that event.

Only players who appear on the public leaderboard for the card can be allocated a prize. Players may opt out of leaderboard visibility at any time, which also removes them from prize allocation for that card.

Where two or more players finish on equal Gold Coins, the tie is decided in the following order: (a) the greater number of exact predictions (winner, method and round all correct); (b) the greater number of correct method predictions; (c) the earliest time at which the player’s final prediction for the card was submitted.

Because the Application operates in direct synchronization with live, real-time white collar boxing events, the distribution of promotional contest prizes relies on immediate user engagement and attendance validation. This clause applies equally to leaderboard prizes and to Lucky Dip selections.

(a) The Pop-Up Notification: Once an official event outcome is verified, the Application will push an interactive in-game pop-up window to the winning user’s screen. This pop-up constitutes the sole official notification of winning.

(a1) Live MC announcement: Towards the end of the night, a live announcement by the event MC will accompany the leaderboard prize notifications, telling players in the venue to watch their screen for the pop-up before the claim window begins. The announcement is a courtesy to give fair warning; it forms no part of the official notification, does not start, pause or extend the 10-minute window, and the in-app pop-up and the server clock remain final. Absence of, or failure to hear, an announcement does not extend the window.

(b) Strict 10-Minute Expiration: Winning users must tap the designated “Claim Prize” button within the in-game pop-up window within exactly ten (10) minutes from the moment the server issues the notification. A countdown timer will display on the screen.

(c) Automatic Forfeiture: If a user fails to tap “Claim Prize” within the 10-minute window for any reason—including, but not limited to, cellular network failure, hardware malfunction, app crashes, user distraction, localized internet latency, or leaving the application—the prize is automatically, permanently, and irrevocably forfeited. No secondary notification will be sent, and no extensions or manual overrides will be granted under any circumstances.

(d) Allocation of Forfeited Leaderboard Prizes: Where a leaderboard prize offer lapses or is declined, the Company may pass it to the next eligible player on the same fight card, subject to the Three-Offer Cap in clause 9(e).

(e) Three-Offer Cap: No more than three (3) leaderboard prize offers will ever be issued in relation to a single fight card event, counted in total across every prize position. Every offer counts towards that cap whether it is claimed, declined or allowed to lapse. By way of example: if the offer to rank 1 is claimed, only two offers remain for the card; if rank 2 then claims, the third and final offer may only be made to the player in rank 3. Once the third offer has been resolved, prize giving for that card is closed immediately and any prize positions that have not yet been offered are cancelled and forfeited in full, with no obligation on the Company to offer them to any player.

(f) Sequential Forfeiture: Offers are made strictly in sequence, one at a time. A player who has already received an offer in relation to a fight card is not eligible for any further offer on that same card.

(g) Lucky Dip prizes do not roll over: A Lucky Dip selection carries a single offer only. If the selected user does not claim within the 10-minute window, the prize is forfeited outright and is not passed to any other player.

(h) The Server Record is Final: The Company’s server-side record of the time an offer was issued, the time a claim was received, and the outcome of every offer is the sole and conclusive record for all purposes. Device clocks, screenshots, on-device diagnostic logs and cached countdown timers are provided for the user’s convenience only and confer no entitlement. Where any of these conflict with the server record, the server record prevails and the Company’s determination is final and binding.

A winning user may decline a prize from within the pop-up window. A declined prize is passed immediately to the next eligible player on the leaderboard and cannot be reinstated.

Unless stated otherwise in the app, prizes are provided by the promoter or sponsor and are collected in person at the venue on the night, following the collection instructions shown after a successful claim. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and there is no cash alternative unless expressly stated. Any tax or duty arising from a prize is the winner’s responsibility.

All physical rewards (apparel, equipment, or merchandise) are subject to immediate availability. The Company and its Sponsors do not guarantee specific sizes, colors, styles, or variations. Winners accept the exact physical asset allocated to their entry. No prize substitutions, returns, size exchanges, or cash equivalent redemptions are permitted. If a winner fails to provide a valid, deliverable physical shipping address within forty-eight (48) hours of hitting the 10-minute in-app claim button, the prize is permanently forfeited.

RingPredict logs, to the millisecond, the exact moment the server issues a claim notification and the exact moment a winner taps “Claim Prize”, declines, or allows the window to lapse. Confirmation emails are sent to the account’s registered address for each of these events as a courtesy record only — the in-app pop-up remains the sole official notification, and non-delivery of an email does not extend the 10-minute window. Our server records are final in any dispute.

Fight cards change. Where a bout does not take place, predictions for that bout score zero and no Gold Coins are deducted. Where an entire event is cancelled or abandoned, the Company may cancel, defer or roll over the associated prizes at its discretion.

The promoter of these contests is RingPredict. Decisions of RingPredict regarding scoring, prize allocation and forfeiture are final and binding. These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
