RingPredict — Privacy Policy

We collect information to provide a secure, functional and personalised predictive experience.

• Account data — when you register we collect your username, email address, password (stored hashed) and profile preferences such as your avatar, local gym or region and the fighter you support.
• Transaction and purchase history — we do not see or store your card details, which are handled entirely by our payment provider or by Apple / Google. We do collect transaction records including purchase dates, amounts and your total XP and Gold Coins balances.
• Device and analytics data — IP addresses, device models, operating system versions, unique device identifiers and in-app activity, such as which fights you predict on and which taunt videos you trigger.
• Age verification data — the date of birth you provide at sign-up and the timestamp of your 18+ confirmation, kept as proof of eligibility.
• Consent records — which boxes you ticked, the wording version and when.
• Event recordings — where recording applies, video of matches and the event may contain identifiable people, including their image, likeness and potentially their voice. Footage may be captured using standard or high-frame-rate equipment, including at 60 FPS, 120 FPS or another technically supported frame rate.

RingPredict runs in your browser, so some data is stored on your device rather than on our servers:

• Essential — a cookie and local storage entry holding your sign-in session token, plus local storage for the card you selected, sound and ambience preferences, splash-screen state and your cookie notice choice. Without these you cannot stay signed in.
• Analytics and stability trackers — identifiers used to measure crashes, errors and performance so we can fix bugs.
• Payment provider — our checkout provider sets its own cookies inside the secure payment frame for fraud prevention.

You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings, and block non-essential storage with the “Essential only” option in our cookie notice. Clearing site storage signs you out and may cause you to miss live in-app prize notifications.

RingPredict offers “Continue with Google” as an optional way to create an account and sign in. You do not have to use Google Sign-In: you can create and access a RingPredict account using email and password instead.

Data received and used

When you choose Google Sign-In, Google's authentication service provides RingPredict's managed authentication service with a unique Google account identifier, your email address and confirmation that Google has verified that address. RingPredict uses those details to:

• Create your RingPredict account when you first register with Google.
• Authenticate your identity when you return and sign in.
• Safely associate your Google-authenticated identity with the correct RingPredict account and prevent duplicate or conflicting account links.
• Record that your email address is verified, show Google as a linked sign-in method in Settings and provide account-related communications and functionality where needed.

Google's standard authentication response may also include basic profile information such as your name and profile picture. RingPredict does not currently read or copy those details into your RingPredict player profile, use your Google picture as your RingPredict avatar, or display them as RingPredict profile content.

RingPredict never receives or stores your Google password. Google handles your credentials directly. RingPredict does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or other Google services.

Storage and protection

Google and RingPredict's managed Lovable Cloud authentication service process the sign-in and maintain the authenticated session. In RingPredict's protected backend, we store your RingPredict user ID, the provider name (Google), Google's unique account identifier, the verified Google email address, and the date your RingPredict email status was verified. The account owner can view the linked sign-in method, while linking and changes to these records are restricted to trusted server processes.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google and Lovable Cloud process the information needed to complete authentication, host the account data and maintain your session. The verified email address may also be processed by service providers that deliver essential RingPredict account emails. We do not share Google-derived account information with promoters for marketing unless you separately and expressly opt in as described in section 5.

Retention

We retain the Google-linked identity information for as long as your RingPredict account remains active. If we accept your account-deletion request, we delete the Google-linked identity information with your account within 30 days, except for records we must retain for legal, accounting, consent, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes as described elsewhere in this policy.

Your choices and deletion

You can request deletion of your RingPredict account and associated personal information, including Google-derived information, through our public Contact page or by emailing admin@ringpredict.com. You can also revoke RingPredict's access in your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access stops that link from being used but does not, by itself, delete your RingPredict account or the information already held with it; contact us to request deletion.

• To manage your account, track your prediction history and maintain your virtual inventory of cosmetics and XP.
• To distribute real-world prizes fairly to verified leaderboard winners.
• To prevent fraud, multi-accounting and cheating within the prediction ecosystem.
• To optimise app performance, troubleshoot bugs and deliver push notifications for upcoming fight cards, if enabled.
• Where, and only where, you have opted in, to enable promoter marketing.
• Where the necessary participant permissions and event arrangements are in place, to record an event; create edited highlights, replays and smoother slow-motion footage; display footage in RingPredict or at the event; and use agreed footage for event or RingPredict promotion and marketing.

• Contract: providing the game and your account.
• Consent: sharing your email with the promoter for marketing.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention and service improvement.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. We share data only with trusted service providers essential to running the app:

• Payment processors — our card payment provider, and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, to validate premium purchases.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure — secure servers storing user data.
• Analytics providers — tools used to track crashes and app stability.
• Promoters — if, and only if, you tick the marketing box, we securely share your email address with the promoter of the event you joined so they can send fight updates, ticket discounts and merchandise offers. You can withdraw this at any time from your profile, and unsubscribe from promoter emails directly. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

Personal transmission architecture: Users utilizing remote prize fulfillment protocols explicitly acknowledge that their shipping coordinates are routed via encrypted, secure third-party email APIs directly to our administrative operational inboxes. These transmission records are held strictly for logistical prize distribution and are systematically purged within ninety (90) days following event completion.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, and implement electronic and administrative security measures to protect it from unauthorised access. If you request account deletion, we will purge your personal records from our databases within 30 days, except where retention is legally required — consent records are kept for six years to demonstrate compliance, and prize claim records are kept as required for accounting and audit.

Event footage is retained for an appropriate period according to the purpose for which it was recorded and any applicable contractual, legal or operational requirements. Different raw recordings, edited highlights and replays may therefore be retained for different periods. The applicable participant and event arrangements must confirm any more specific retention commitments.

Depending on your location (including the UK, EU and various US states) you hold specific data privacy rights:

• The right to access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• The right to deletion — request that we permanently delete your account and associated data.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails or turn off push notifications at any time via your device settings or the unsubscribe link.
• You may also rectify, restrict, port or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

RingPredict is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from under 18s; accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
